About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Lead Gardener. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630.
In this role you will:
Lead a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoy
Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great aesthetic appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area
Enjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas
Work closely with, and support your team and colleagues
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role
Ability to lead a motivated and productive team
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
A reliable, friendly and professional manner
