ResponsibilitiesConsistently produce reliable code in a timely mannerFacilitate communication between product and development teams to ensure seamless collaborationLead and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentProficient in Solidity and adept at writing smart contractsEmbrace a remote-first work culture, communicating effectively with our globally distributed teamRequirementsProficient in Solidity and adept at writing smart contracts2 - 6 years of experience in full stack development in a production environment, including experience in Solidity and writing smart contractsPrevious experience in startup environments with security and detail oriented mindsetFast at implementation (will write and read code daily) but comfortable with tech lead responsibilities in supervising and eventually building a teamInterested in mathematics, with a deep understanding of DeFi or traditional financeVery strong verbal and written communication skillsTrack record of rapid growth and progression in previous rolesCS degree from a top universityNice-to-havesExperience working with Node.js and React is a plusThis role is remote.
Compensation: $120-200k base + equity
