Positioned on the pristine Te Arai coastline just over an hour's drive Northeast of Auckland, Te Arai Links promises to be a world class golf and luxury resort destination.In this role, you will be leading the dining experience we provide for our F&B division at our newest venue the Ocean Restaurant. You will exceed expectations through superior service, build rapport with members and guests, and use your hospitality intuition and attention to detail to provide exceptional service.Key responsibilities will include:Train and manage the food & beverage teamLead and work alongside all food & beverage personnel to provide a consistently excellent experienceEnsure the dining areas are clean, correctly maintained and stocked with the stipulated requirements and that table appointments and set-ups are impeccable, maintaining presentation and flowDisplay and uphold a graceful and proactive table service by emphasising service sequence and core standardsCoordinate each evening's set-dining and cocktail hour, ensuring the smooth communication of the day's menu and the ordering and delivery of mealsServe as a liaison point between the dining room and kitchen staffAssist with monthly stocktakesAbout youYou will bring your passion for service, leadership and strong hospitality experience, exceptional customer service and a love for coaching and development.
