Create impact as a Lead, Facilities and ServicesYour RoleAs a Lead, Facilities and Services you will deliver efficient Trans-Tasman Facilities and Services Management across the entire property portfolio, while considering health & safety, risk, ESG, and service excellence.Key responsibilities include:Support the Manager Facilities and Services in delivery of all Facilities management objectives in accordance with the Property plan.Assist in business case development for partnering & service procurement opportunities within the function and with the rest of the organisation where applicable.Alignment and delivery of measurable and impactful sustainability outcomes within facilities and services remits.Support the management of Trans-Tasman Facilities & associated third-party providers to deliver superior customer service, delivering service on time and budget.Support the management of Trans-Tasman Service provider (mail/curation/catering), delivering against exceptional workplace experience.Input into the budgeting process with regards to future facilities and services expenditure.Manage and transition initiatives into operations and provide active input into improvement opportunities & strategic plans creation.Support the management of all property-related energy and sustainability reporting and continuous ESG improvement initiatives.Contribute to all Property delivery projects by representing Facilities and Services stream, by inputting into project and service requirements.This is a permanent role open to candidates anywhere in New Zealand.About YouThe successful candidate will have:Significant work experience in corporate real estate, projects, and facilities management and/or services management.Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, including managing expectations.Well-developed time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and coordinate others to meet milestones.People management skills and ability to coach and develop.Undergraduate qualification in Property, Hospitality, Engineering, or related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.Applications close on Tuesday, 14 January at 11:59pm AEST.All this shows up in what we offer:5 myLeave days per year on top of annual leave.Work from home and many more flexibility options with myFlex.Compassionate leave including Sorry Business, early pregnancy loss and extended family bereavement.Dedicated career growth programs, including the award-winning IAG Academy.Great employee network communities.ABOUT USWe're part of the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
