Dive into the Heart of Your Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and integrate with microservice APIs in Cloud Azure using Java/Kotlin
Coach and develop direct reports, who may work across different squads
Operational leadership of your team, including managing the performance of reports
Be the escalation point for high level technical matters and your people
Challenge existing approaches to improve our engineering experience and practices
Design solutions that balance short term objectives with long term objectives
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate the following:
3+ Years of designing, implementing and maintaining microservices and digital frontends using best practices in Java and/or Kotlin
Experience working and implementing change in an agile environment (preferably a SAFe)
All aspects of people leadership, including coaching & managing performance
Facilitated of technical discussions and presentation of solutions to different stakeholders both technical and non-technical
Previously demonstrating embedding new technologies and ways of working in line with industry changes
