Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve their best, driving both personal and professional development.Dive into the Heart of Your Responsibilities:Create, maintain, and integrate with microservice APIs in Cloud Azure using Java/KotlinCoach and develop direct reports, who may work across different squadsOperational leadership of your team, including managing the performance of reportsBe the escalation point for high level technical matters and your peopleChallenge existing approaches to improve our engineering experience and practicesDesign solutions that balance short term objectives with long term objectivesWhat You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate the following:3+ Years of designing, implementing and maintaining microservices and digital frontends using best practices in Java and/or KotlinExperience working and implementing change in an agile environment (preferably a SAFe)All aspects of people leadership, including coaching & managing performanceFacilitated of technical discussions and presentation of solutions to different stakeholders both technical and non-technicalPreviously demonstrating embedding new technologies and ways of working in line with industry changesOur CommitmentWe pride ourselves on encouraging everyone to bring their whole selves to work, embracing diverse opinions, experiences, and backgrounds.
