You'll drive online sales across New Zealand and Australia, supporting eCommerce growth and optimising conversion rates. You'll also lead email automation and marketing strategies, manage customer segmentation, and keep our website and email content fresh and relevant. This role is essential for meeting sales budgets and improving web performance metrics, while collaborating closely with our digital lead.Key Responsibilities:Ensure seamless website functionality from a shopper's perspective.Drive online sales in NZ and AU.Set and achieve web performance metrics and meet sales budgets.Regularly provide recommendations for eCommerce growth and improvement.Update website banners and content in line with overall marketing strategy.Lead strategy, planning, and execution of EDM and web content to reflect brand messaging and drive sales.Manage database growth and customer segmentation.Oversee email automation flows, recommending updates based on market trends and customer behavior.Maintain up-to-date, on-brand website content tailored to seasonal and brand messages.Monitor key email metrics and ensure they meet industry standards.Review and optimise content and email strategies regularly.Report on key eCommerce metrics and provide insights for improvement.Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Deliver meaningful reports with commentary and recommendations to the wider team.We are looking for someone with:3+ years of experience in a similar eCommerce role.Retail experience, preferably across various sectors.Experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform, including designing and building automations and day-to-day campaigns.Proficiency with Magento (or a similar eCommerce website platform).Confidence in all aspects of eCommerce management, including uploading assets and managing all product and category data.Experience with an ERP and/or other custom integrations.A passion for problem solving and a solutions-focused mindset.The ability to develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns and strategies.A flair for communication, with strong writing and presentation skills.Exceptional collaborative skills; you thrive in team environments.What's on offer?
