About the roleWe're seeking a visionary Lead Software Architect to drive our technical strategy and innovation initiatives.
This role combines architectural leadership in distributed systems, AI/ML integration, and modern application development.
The ideal candidate will lead the design of our federated development framework, champion shared services architecture, and guide our AI transformation journey while mentoring cross-functional engineering teams.
Core Responsibilities:Architect and lead implementation of federated development frameworks and shared services platformsDesign scalable, cloud-native architectures supporting AI/ML workloadsLead integration of LLMs and AI services into enterprise applicationsEstablish technical standards for microservices, API design, and shared componentsGuide teams in adopting modern development practices and toolsDrive architectural decisions for distributed systems and cloud infrastructureMentor and develop engineering teams while fostering technical excellenceCollaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goalsTechnical Expertise:Expert-level proficiency in modern development frameworks and distributed systemsDeep understanding of federated architecture and shared services modelsStrong experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP)Expertise in API design, microservices, and service mesh technologiesAdvanced knowledge of AI/ML integration patterns and LLM deploymentProven experience with container orchestration and infrastructure automationStrong background in security architecture and compliance requirementsLeadership Skills:Proven track record leading distributed engineering teamsExperience establishing development standards and best practicesStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExcellence in technical mentorship and team developmentSpecialized Skills:Federated development frameworks and toolsMicroservices architecture and API gateway patternsService mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practicesAI/ML pipeline design and optimizationPerformance monitoring and distributed tracingSecurity best practices and zero-trust architectureEducation Experience:Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field10+ years of software development experience5+ years in architectural or technical leadership rolesDeep experience with enterprise-scale distributed systemsTrack record of successful technical transformation initiativesStrong portfolio of architectural solutions and technical publicationsWhy CTM?CTM offer a strong, established, and sustainable work environment which will support your career development and wellbeing.
