The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of food items in the pantry, fry, and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen.Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the company.Cleaning and maintaining station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.Cleaning as you go (CAYG) followed.Proper use and maintenance of all equipment in station.Requirements:Professional diploma or food services management preferred.Minimum 3 years of cooking experience required.Short order cooking experience preferred.The Lead Cook will spend 100% of their time standing and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Occasional exposure to cold, heat, and water is expected.$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.This is a full-time position with extended hours as required.
