Already a high-performing operation nationally in the blue-collar temporary market, there has been an identified need to focus on permanent recruitment, both blue-collar and white-collar, at a middle to senior level nationally.
You will develop existing relationships with key accounts and relevant stakeholders around the value of outsourcing permanent recruitment, scoping out new opportunities, ensuring key stakeholder satisfaction, and managing recruitment delivery.
Leading a team of 2, this is very much a lead-from-the-front billing role.
Leadership, coaching, mentoring, and delivery will be your platform, working towards the best bottom line possible.
You will use your recruitment experience in client relations to manage client expectations, develop processes and procedures ensuring best practices in what will be a new service line for the business.
Entrenched in the blue-collar channel, you will have the opportunity to diversify and grow the operation as a leading delivery agent of permanent staff.
Our client will have you facing a variety of stakeholders, and jointly with the consultants, you will deliver to specification.
You will manage the permanent budget; if they fail, you fail.
This role is varied and challenging and requires a full understanding of the permanent recruitment life cycle, ensuring you meet company expectations.

You will be a natural leader of others and have some experience in leading others.

Reporting, issue resolution, and negotiation skills are a must.
