This role will suit someone who is naturally high energy and sees the true value of building someone from the ground up. Head Office based elsewhere, wanting to create a firm footprint in Christchurch. It is ideal for someone who is already working in the recruitment industry or has recently been heavily involved.
You will be busy at the front end being a brand ambassador, tendering for work, renegotiation, and client engagement/key stakeholder meetings. In the middle, you will deliver a strategy around operational excellence when needed, overseeing governance of the business while building a team. This is a fresh-thinking, smart operating, speak-your-mind type of business looking to add some real rigor to a new Christchurch operation.
