Your opportunity: We are seeking a Lead Assembly person to join our production team and provide support in both Production assembly and Warehouse duties to ensure a high standard of quality assembly and to meet daily production targets.

What will you be doing: Practice Health and Safety regime at all times Cut and assemble operators system as specified on the job sheets Accuracy and eye for detail and quality Perform production assembly operations for ENS sliding Door operators according to production plans Ensure product quality is maintained at all times by adhering to systems and procedures Perform Quality check visual inspection of the products and do electrical tag testing Become proficient in the Assembly from component level to completed product, of the Maxim & Micro High Performance Door Systems in accordance with the specification on provided order forms.
Inform the Manager immediately of possible non-conformance with schedule and low quantities of any parts Become familiar with Inventory control, under the guidance of your manager Perform Pick, Packing & dispatching of operators Promote, increase and maintain a positive and professional factory operations Assist in loading and unloading of trucks, counting stock, cycle count etc.
Assisting in deliveries and collection of material Perform other duties as instructed by management Responsible for housekeeping of machines, inventory and work area What we are looking for: ALL THIS CRITERIA MUST BE MET TO APPLY Have a current EST or EAS electrical qualification ( Minimum requirement ) Have a mechanical and electrical practical hands-on background Mechanical Aptitude Focused and committed work ethic Interface with internal stakeholders/departments Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to learn new processes and skills Comfortable with physical duties on a daily basis Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills Commitment to quality and detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
