This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Surveyor to join this well-established, market-leading multi-disciplinary consultancy. My client is a mid-sized consultancy with offices in the North and South Island.
They provide expert, professional services across surveying and engineering.

The Role Their role will see you splitting your time between the field and office, capturing and processing data, and working closely with their Land Development and Geospatial teams to ensure they have all the information they need to service their clients.
Carry out field surveying including topographical, Cadastral, Construction, land transfer, Scanning, height to boundary, building set outs and other surveys as directedWork collaboratively with the wider business to provide support when neededCompliance Surveys - Height to Boundary Surveys and CalculationsComplete Deformation Monitoring Surveys and information searchesCollect and record survey and GIS information to help with preparing plans and reportsOperate and use survey equipment such as GPS, Total Stations and levels to capture survey dataConduct on-field survey and record measurementsDraft survey notes and detailed drawingsProcess survey data to produce DWG files for CAD TechniciansProject Coordination and billing About You Previous experience in Surveying - 5 years + in the NZ fieldA related tertiary qualificationExcellent written communicationStrong numerical skillsAbility to operate technical and electronic equipmentEffective time management skillsFull driver's licence The Benefits Well established, multi-disciplinary consultancyLeading edge technologyWell established surveying teamMix of projectsCompany is big on training and developmentCulture is professional, collaborative and relaxed.
