About the Role: As a Landscaping Leading Hand, you will lead, guide, and inspire our dedicated team.
You'll enjoy working on a large variety of different projects, big and small with projects spanning the wider Queenstown Lakes/Central Otago region.
You'll bring: Experience working in the landscaping or horticultural industry and the ability to lead a small team on site.
Class 2 licence preferred (but not essential) and ideally Wheels, Tracks and Rollers endorsements (however training can be provided for the right candidate).
Experience in delivering landscape construction and maintenance activities to a high standard.
A positive attitude and work ethic.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
