Landscape Labourer - Christchurch

Extrastaff are chasing a few eager, hardworking landscape labourers for clients around Christchurch. Work can include everything from planting, weeding, pruning to waterways maintenance. The right person will be reliable, able to work full 8 hour days, and motivated to earn while operating as a team player.You must have a clean MOJ and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. What's in it for you:

What you will be doing:

Working across different sites as a general landscape labourer
Physically lifting materials around site for some roles
Working as part of a team on various landscaping projects
Operating under OH&S standards with safety at the forefront
Performing tasks such as: Mowing and edging lawns, pruning and detailing, hand and chemical weeding, management and pruning of trees, management of ponds and associated areas, maintenance of small greenwalls, installation of new garden beds and planting. 

What you will bring to the table:

NZ Residency or a valid Visa (with minimum 6 months remaining validity)
Eager to get stuck in and reliable - will you show up every morning?
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, with the versatility to work where required
Excellent communication skills
Good level of physical fitness
Awareness of health and safety
Can pass a pre-employment Drug Screening test
A sense of humour never goes amiss
