About the role:
We have some excellent scale projects to deliver in Northland. If you are looking to take the next step in your Surveying career within a supportive and empowering team environment, this is most definitely the role for you.
Meet with clients and collaborate with the team to provide solutions to enable excellent project delivery
Undertake surveying and build your skills in contributing to the consenting process
Develop your drone survey ability to bring the best technology.
Work on subdivisions and land development projects with a great team
Contribute to contract administration and supervision.
Actively engage in business development with current and new clients to enhance the Company's future project prospects
What do we need from you?
4+ years' experience as a Land Surveyor
Ability to think independently and ask questions.
Ability to retain information and apply it
Understanding of the New Zealand cadastral system, and relevant legislation
A fun sense of humour
New Zealand Driver's License (Full)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Developing CAD skills - knowledge of either AutoCAD, 12D and Landonline.
A real enthusiasm for civil engineering and land development projects
You must have a relevant tertiary qualification and be committed to professional development
Experience in using modern surveying equipment
A familiarity with district plans and how to access information on planning would be advantageous
