Land Development Project Manager / Surveyor Skip to content Company car Health insurance Full time $100k - $140k depending on experience About us TSC is offering you the chance to join our hard working and fast growing team of professionals in a well-established Pukekohe based multi-disciplinary land development consultancy, employing Planners, Surveyors and Civil Engineers.
Our work spans land developments from small to large residential subdivisions, rural and lifestyle subdivisions and land-use consents for small to large commercial developments.
The role This is a full-time position based in our Pukekohe office.
The successful applicant would be responsible for securing new work and assisting with following this through to a successful completion.
You will have the ability to work independently, supported, but also as part of a team environment, working by yourself and our team of Project Managers, Planners, Surveyors and Civil Engineers.
It will be important for applicants to have experience in land development involving Council consents and have a working knowledge and understanding of planning law and the implementation of District Plans.
Prior knowledge of the Auckland Unitary Plan and Waikato District Plan will be a distinct advantage.
The role will cover: Taking enquiries and discussing options and opportunities with prospective new clients.
Site visits to meet new clients on their properties to assess their development options and opportunities.
Preparation of fee proposals.
Liaise with our Planners, Surveyors and Engineers.
Managing the progress of the job from design to completion.
Preparing and lodging applications for survey plan approval and subdivision completion.
Invoicing and project budget management.
Experience required: Experience in the land development and resource consent sector.
Any Planning, Surveying or Engineering experience would be an advantage.
Training can be provided to the right applicant.
A company car, available for reasonable private use.
