With offices in Queenstown, Dunedin, Christchurch, and Gore, we are currently seeking a Land Development or Civil Engineer, or a Land Surveyor to join our Queenstown office.What We Offer:A friendly, down-to-earth team culture with a strong focus on productivity and support.Exciting projects that drive positive growth, making a real impact in our community for years to come.The opportunity to live and work in Queenstown, surrounded by an outdoor lifestyle and a community of like-minded people.A commitment to helping you achieve your career goals.Competitive salary and medical insurance coverage.Job Description:Apply problem-solving expertise to achieve the best economic and project outcomes.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and councils to ensure smooth project delivery.Design work across all facets of land development.Prepare and package engineering approvals with a focus on obtaining acceptance.Manage projects and prepare/administer engineering contracts, issuing instructions under NZS 3910.Perform all aspects of land surveying, including but not limited to topographical, cadastral, engineering, and resource management surveys.Prepare and draft applications and documents, and support data preparation.Depending on your skills and preferences, we will work with you to tailor the role to best suit your abilities and the company's workflow and project demands.This is a full-time position (minimum 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday).Qualifications and Experience:Applicants should possess a qualification in Land Development, CPEng, or Surveying.Additional experience in the following is beneficial:Stormwater designPavement designProficiency in 12d, AutoCAD/BricsCAD, HEC-RAS, or other dynamic stormwater programsLandonlineExperience with planning and resource consent applicationsNote: Only current NZ residents, citizens, or visa holders are eligible.
