Responsibilities: To source, assess, and secure ample land parcels for future residential development at optimal costs, collaborating closely with the in-house property team. To source, assess, and secure suitable holiday caravan or residential park home sites that would meet the agreed criteria to add to the company's existing portfolio.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be based at our Head Office in Christchurch, but due to the nature of the role, hybrid and on-site working will also be necessary. You will ideally have a good geographical knowledge of the Southwest / South Central areas of the UK.
Experience:

Applicants will need to demonstrate a high level of experience gained in the property sector, such as property development, general estate agency, sales and lettings, or having the appropriate skill set from working in the holiday caravan, residential park home, or leisure sectors.
An associate or chartered member of the RICS or similar would be beneficial, but not essential – we are looking for a person with lots of energy, a "can do" attitude, and who is prepared to keep working hard to achieve success on both a personal and business level.

This is a full-time contract with hybrid working. A car/car allowance will be available along with a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and other company employee benefits.
