If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact then this is the opportunity for you.The RoleAs our Development Manager, you'll take charge of identifying, assessing, and shaping development opportunities within a 25 minute drive of Auckland's CBD. From conducting feasibility studies to overseeing the design team and securing council consents, you'll play a critical role in bringing our projects to life. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be a key driver of our vision to deliver high-quality, investor-friendly homes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct feasibility studies, including financial modeling and risk analysis.Coordinate and lead the design process from concept to consenting stages.Manage and collaborate with consultants, architects, engineers, and planners.Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.What We're Looking ForWhile prior experience as a Development Manager is an advantage, we're also open to candidates with transferable skills in property development, project management, or related fields. What matters most is your attitude, drive, and ability to get results.Skills and Traits:Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a critical-thinking approach.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and stakeholders.Familiarity with Auckland's council planning and consenting processes is a plus.Work EnvironmentOur Penrose office offers a supportive, fast-paced environment where you'll collaborate with a small team of motivated professionals.
