JOB TITLE: Management Accountant PURPOSE: As a Management Accountant at Lancom Technology Limited, you will be instrumental in driving the company's financial decision-making process.
Your primary focus will be on analyzing financial data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize our financial strategy.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Prepare and present financial reports with clear visualizations and explanations of complex financial concepts for management.
Collaborate with department heads and customer managers to understand financial needs and provide analytical support for business initiatives and customer projects.
Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing a forward-looking view of the company's financial trajectory.
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
Identify cost-saving and profit-maximizing opportunities.
Support management team with data-driven analysis and recommendations.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Working towards a professional accounting designation (e.g.
CA, CPA).
1-2 years of post-university experience in a finance or accounting role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with Power platform would be an advantage.
