A key part of our work is preserving and restoring the Coromandel's sand dunes, protecting them from the impacts of storms and climate change.
To support this important effort, we're looking for two Labourers to help care for these beautiful dunes and ensure they remain a vital part of the Coromandel's coastline.About The RoleThis unique role focuses on conservation and maintenance projects to preserve the sand dunes in the Coromandel.
Working directly with our Project Manager, your tasks will include:Planting of native vegetation like spinifex and pingaoInstalling protective fencing and signageAssisting with erosion control and restoration projectsGeneral labour duties to support the wider team's conservation effortsThis is a fixed-term, part-time job-share position, with a flexible roster spanning 7 days.
