About the role | Mo te turanga:

We are currently searching for a dedicated, enthusiastic and competent Laboratory Technician to work in our Biochemistry team based in the Dunedin laboratory. This is a Permanent, full-time position, 80 hours fortnight.

To succeed in this role, you will need | Kia angitu, me whai koe i:

Medical or Veterinary experience in Biochemistry would be desirable.
A Science qualification or in the process of completing your qualification.
Previous experience working under ISO 17025/IANZ accreditation would be an advantage.
Ability to communicate and work effectively within a laboratory.
Extremely well organised, detail-oriented, and friendly with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst working within a team.
Ability to organise, prioritise and focus on daily work to meet turnaround times.
