Laboratory Technical Coordinator

Job Description In the role of Laboratory Technical Coordinator you will ensure quality control and accuracy of results. You will be responsible for the sample approval processes, ensuring quality results are delivered to customers. You will ensure that equipment, supplies and documentation are maintained to ISO 17205 standards. Coaching and training of lab staff as well as leading the annual calibration and maintenance programme for lab testing equipment also falls into this role. Qualifications We are looking for an exceptional candidate who has: A good understanding of all laboratory controlled documentation, processes and lab testing systems Strong people and communication skills At least 2-3 years experience in a lab role (preferred) Influencing, motivating and action orientation skills Attention to detail skills and focus on data integrity Solid computer skills at an intermediate level in Excel / PowerBI Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and problem solving skills Additional Information We are looking for someone who is passionate about good processes and can inspire others to be the same.
