Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Te Matau a Maui Hawke's Bay has an exciting opportunity for a Laboratory Manager to join the Hospital Group Leadership Team to support with delivery of high-quality healthcare for the Hawke's Bay Hospital.
This is a pivotal role that will provide senior management support to the General Manager and will directly contribute to the quality and success of our service delivery in the Hawke's Bay. The role provides leadership across the services and is supported by an established group leadership team.
You'll need to be self-motivated and results driven as well as enjoy working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. You'll have a passion for making a difference, achieving results and be hungry for a challenge.You'll work alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team so being able to work collaboratively is a must!
We're looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and love sharing their knowledge and expertise. In addition, the successful candidate would have;
A background in Health ServicesExperience in leading and managing a teamPatient-focused approachQuality experienceA focus on contribution to National Health TargetsLocated in the sunny Hawkes Bay we live in pure paradise.
