Kauri's Skim Milk Powder evaporator remains the largest single stage evaporator in NZ!About the opportunity | Te whai waahiAs our Lab Technician, you'll be working in a varied role with a dedicated, passionate and fun team. You will ensure we accurately receive, register, subsample, test, and dispatch samples in a fast-paced environment. This role offers variety as you will work across the Documentation and Sampling and Functional testing.Key responsibilities include:Receiving, registering, subsampling and dispatching samplesDaily calibration of specialised equipmentPhysical testing and recording and documenting test resultsProblem solving a range of issuesData entry and use of various computer systems (SAP, eQual)Liaising with production staff and other lab techniciansPlease note that this is a 6 month fixed term full time role. This role operates on four days on (6.00am to 3.30pm), two days off roster, which includes weekend work. Part of the role will require you to lift 10-20kg regularly, so you'll need to be physically fit and able.
