You will have a passion for prestigious cosmetic skincare, while also demonstrating high levels of energy and enthusiasm, coupled with the motivation and commitment to achieve sales. You will be a self-starter with a high standard of personal presentation and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.  To support the ethos of La Prairie you will work towards maximizing the retail performance of the counter. You will have the opportunity to work with our incredible existing clients whilst working towards introducing new customers to the brand. We have a world class beauty room available for the exclusive use of La Prairie clients.
Main responsibilities   Achieve sales and daily goals by using La Prairie's selling and training guidelines.
Utilize our beauty room to enhance the customer experience and host on/off counter events.  Attend product training and development sessions to expand your knowledge and set yourself up for success.
Build and maintain a loyal 'repeat business' customer base.
Invite every customer to sit down and enjoy a skincare consultation.
Proactively support events to generate business Develop and maintain good working relationships with all store-based colleagues.
To be successful you will bring: A passion for luxury cosmetic products and providing outstanding customer service.
Strong retail experience and business acumen to drive sales and meet objectives.
The ability to be a strong team player and willingness to support others across the cosmetic department.
Having a beauty therapy qualification and/or being able to speak multiple languages, would be an advantage but is not essential.    Additional Information This position is 35 hours per week - Tuesday to Saturday between the hours of 8.30am - 5pm).
