Utilising your leadership and communication skills, you will effectively mentor and develop a motivated team whilst scheduling daily activities to ensure everything is completed according to plans and policies, assisting with staff training, and focusing on Health and Safety.Your savvy computer skills will allow you to accurately run reports and your confidence in warehouse management systems will ensure you operate our systems efficiently, co-ordinate stock movements and maximise utilisation of storage space.
You will work in a fast-paced and technology driven environment where you will be required to plan, organise and problem solve to ensure all KPIs for the stores are being met.
You will need to be passionate about what you do, and you will be future focused on making a positive contribution to our cooperative every day.This is a permanent position with a Monday to Friday Rostered Day Shift & once a month there will be a requirement to do a Sat/Sun shift.
