Kiwisaver Client Services Manager L Pie Funds

Full time Pie Funds is a boutique fund manager with exciting plans for market growth over the coming years, coupled with a strong focus on wellness initiatives for the team.
Working as part of a tight-knit team, we are seeking a candidate who enjoys a client-facing role, with a good understanding of Kiwisaver.
If you are keen to build your career towards the Relationship Manager role, a pathway is available, with relevant study supported.
This role can be based in Takapuna or Havelock North.
Some key tasks will include: Deliver outstanding experiences for both Investment Funds and KiwiSaver clients, with a primary focus on KiwiSaver.
Proactively promote KiwiSaver products, along with other Pie offerings, to support clients' financial futures.
Execute the High-Value KiwiSaver strategy with a focus on good investor outcomes.
Engage clients throughout their financial life cycle to retain their business and enhance their overall experience.
Responsible for productivity and investor servicing reporting, with a focus on improving client experience and process efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements, including AML, FMCA, and the KiwiSaver Act.
Support Investor Services and Relationship Managers and other related parties as needed, with a focus on KiwiSaver initiatives.
Who are you?
We're looking for candidates with experience in a client management role within Kiwisaver/Funds Management.
You may already be studying towards your Level 5 certificate, or you may wish to commence this.
You'll have a strong commitment to providing excellent client service, and demonstrate drive, commitment, and enthusiasm in terms of thinking of the best ways to deliver this.
We're keen to hear from candidates who have a demonstrated ability to build relationships, coupled with a high level of self-motivation and initiative when looking for solutions.
