Kiwifruit Spring Jobs

I'm Ana Lisa, Kiwifruit and Avocados Orchard manager, and I am looking for people who want to enjoy our spring season around East Bay of Plenty. We are located close to Te Teko, in the centre of Bay of Plenty, near Rotorua, Whakatane, Ohope, and about 1 hour from Tauranga.We are looking for 3 or 4 people that can stay with us until the end of December (just before Christmas).At the moment, we need to do some maintenance (planting, vine training, irrigation, etc.) until the big season starts with bud thinning and all summer jobs. Experience with motorbikes, tractors, or any agricultural machinery would be a plus.Workers need to be fit, at least 1.70m tall, have a good attitude, be reliable, and be ready for long hours of work. Training is provided. Good communication and the ability to work unsupervised are required.Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM for August and September. From October, there may be Saturday and Sunday work. No work will be conducted on rainy days.Pay: $24.50 + holiday payStart: NowWe have a common area if someone has a self-contained van and wants to park here, but we do not provide accommodation.Eligibility: Working holiday visa, resident, or open work visa (not tourist or SSE).
