Kiwifruit Flower Picking & Blueberry Pruning Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented people to join our team to carry out kiwifruit flower picking and blueberry pruning.
Job Overview: Help us harvest kiwifruit flowers for pollen extraction. This task involves picking flowers from the overhead kiwifruit canopy in a cooler, shaded environment. You'll need to be comfortable working around bees, as they are often active during this time. This job is weather-dependent and includes weekend work.
During wet days, you will carry out blueberry pruning tasks to prepare them for the next harvest. This is a physically demanding role, requiring attention to detail, and involves working under tunnel structures in warmer conditions.
What we offer: No previous experience required - all training provided
Regular work on wet weather days doing blueberry pruning
Performance bonuses available for flower harvesting
Requirements of the job: Severe bee or pollen allergies
Recommended height at 165cm to be able to reach the kiwifruit flowers
Must be physically fit and able to stand on your feet for long periods
