As a Kitchenhand, you will be responsible for keeping the kitchen organized and supporting our chefs with essential food prep.Responsibilities include:Washing dishes and maintaining equipment to the highest standardsGeneral kitchen cleaning and organizingSweeping, mopping, and keeping the kitchen clean and tidyEnsuring the dishwasher is functioning properlyAssisting chefs with ingredient prep and basic food preparationLooking to grow your culinary skills? As a Commis Chef, you will work under the guidance of our experienced team to assist with food preparation and cooking.Responsibilities include:Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish for barrel cookingCooking and assisting with the creation of high-quality dishesHelping with stock rotation and inventory managementAssisting with deliveries and restockingContributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standardsIf you're a skilled chef looking for a more senior role, we'd love to have you as a Chef de Partie. You will take on a variety of tasks while supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining high culinary standards.Responsibilities include:Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishesManaging your station and ensuring all dishes are prepared to our exceptional standardsContributing to the maintenance of kitchen hygiene and safetyAssisting with inventory needs, ordering, and stock rotationCollaborating with other chefs to ensure a smooth kitchen operationAs a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the kitchen, ensuring the efficient operation of the team.
