Kitchenhand And Dishwasher

Kitchenhand and Dishwasher:
This is a full-time permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week on roster (minimum 30 hours guarantee).
Minimum wage is $26.50ph and maximum 32ph.
We open seven days a week to late.
Candidate may need to work on nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Applicant must mention if you are a New Zealand Citizen or resident for extra credit.
Job Duties:

Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
Clean kitchens, food preparation areas, and sculleries.
Sanitize the kitchen area, cleaning cooking and general utensils used in kitchens and restaurants.
Remove garbage regularly.
Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g., detergents) and place orders when necessary.
Assemble and prepare ingredients for cooking, packing food and beverage trays for serving.
Toast and heat simple food items.
Assist kitchen and service staff in preparing and serving food, and clean food preparation and service areas.
Any other duty that may be assigned by the duty manager, chef, or cook.
Knowledge of Indian Foods is preferable.
Health and safety knowledge.
Skills and Knowledge:

Knowledge of Indian Foods and Indian cooking.
Knowledge of cleaning methods and chemicals.
Knowledge of kitchen safety and food hygiene.
Skill in preparing food and using kitchen equipment.
