Kitchen Porter Caledonian is looking for exceptional individuals aspiring to excel in the hospitality industry operating all year-round.

Key Job Responsibilities Keep all kitchen surfaces including counters, sinks, stoves and walls clean and sanitized. Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts. Keep the food and supply storage areas organized. Support the chef in basic food preparation. Remove kitchen waste from waste containers. Wash dirty dishes, cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans, and load dishes into the dishwasher. Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing them in the kitchen. About You Have excellent customer service skills. Demonstrate a can-do attitude. Show self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to colleagues and customers. Ability to work in a team. Ability to work a flexible shift pattern.
