We're looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to support our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs in the kitchen and help the food service run smoothly in conjunction with our busy front of house staff.
You will need to be a quick thinker, and efficient at taking direction and responding quickly to whatever support is required.
The successful applicants will need to be available to work weekends and public holidays from November 2024 through to end of April 2025.
Requirements Your day-to-day will include: Assisting the Executive Chef / Sous Chefs with prepping food for each day Ensuring all dishes are processed efficiently and to a high standard Working closely with the team on all levels Being aware of health and safety Being aware of food hygiene practices Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created Assisting with stock arrivals and putting away.
