The pub has a thriving food culture and has built a reputation for its excellent casual dining experience. Akaroa is a busy tourism-focused town with a great outdoor lifestyle and hospitality community. The Madeira is a local hub for young and old, whether they are local or traveling through. We are looking to recruit someone with a passion for what they do, who has experience in the kitchen and is looking for a new challenge.
