You'll be at the forefront of our business, turning kitchen dreams into reality. As a key team member, you'll work in our showroom, showcasing a wide range of high-quality kitchen products. The role requires dedication to customer satisfaction and creativity in finding the right solutions.About the RolePrimarily a sales role, your design expertise will guide customers through every step of their kitchen makeover. You'll listen closely to their needs, offer tailored solutions, and oversee the entire process—from the initial consultation and securing the sale to designing the kitchen, selecting appliances, unpacking stock arrival at the store and coordinating collection or delivery.What will you bring?Proven retail or sales experience in a showroom environment.Proficiency in CAD for creating precise designs.A strong commitment to customer service excellence.Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.Persistence in following up with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction.Exceptional attention to detail.Join a team dedicated to quality and service delivery.
