About the Role:
At Summerset, we place high value on providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents and visitors. To provide this, we have implemented a new food strategy to enhance the overall dining experience for our residents and visitors. Therefore, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who has a genuine interest in providing quality services. This is a PART TIME position working a minimum of 48 hours per fortnight on a 4 on 4 off rotating roster.
Your responsibilities will include:
Following the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documented.
Cleaning all kitchen surfaces, including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchen.
Working with the chef to unload and put away stock.
Supporting the chef with food preparation.
