Job Details Shifts – Monday to Sunday (rotating roster) covering shifts of Kitchen Assistants or Catering Assistants annual leave, sickness or other operational needs. One must be flexible for days and hours. Our kitchen operates 7 days a week, with shifts between 6:30am to 7:30pm.
