To provide this we have implemented a new food strategy, to enhance the overall dining experience for our residents and visitors. Therefore, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who has a genuine interest in providing quality services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Following the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documentedCleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchenWorking with the chef to unload and put away stockSupporting the chef with food preparationFrom time to time you may be required to work in the on-site Café supporting the Café Supervisor with daily operations. This is a casual role working on an 'if and when required' basis. Qualifications:About You:
