We are seeking experienced candidates who will act as a Captain on the B200 for inter-hospital transfers and retrievals in fixed wing aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
Assuming the role of a captain on the B200 aircraft, you'll not only be a vital asset to our aeromedical team but also assume significant responsibility to ensure the smooth operation and safety of our missions.
You'll work closely with medical teams, providing hands-on support during missions. This includes operating Life Port stretchers, assisting with patient transfers, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight.
You'll play a pivotal role in communication between the medical team and other crew members, ensuring everyone is informed and coordinated for a successful mission.
Candidate Requirements: 1200 hours total time Multi Engine Instrument Rating Must hold a current NZ driver's licence and clean Police record. Willingness to be part of a 24/7 365-day pilot roster. Working from time to time at other Skyline bases NZAAS has more than 30 years of experience in delivering leading edge, fully accredited aeromedical services throughout New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region. With over 40,000 patients safely transported, we have an exemplary reputation both nationally and internationally in the air ambulance industry. Our team of passionate professionals are committed to ensuring the very best patient outcomes.
We own, operate, and maintain our fleet of aircraft and have the largest investment in aeromedical aircraft and equipment of any air ambulance service provider in New Zealand which see's us being the busiest specialised aeromedical service provider in the country.
