Leadership Qualities - The ability to lead and inspire. Customer Focus - a commitment to enhancing the customer experience. Strong Communication Skills - verbal and written. While these qualifications are preferred, they are not essential. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
