Job description Key Stage 1 Teacher Required in Christchurch! Job Title: Key Stage 1 Teacher Location: Christchurch Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS) Start Date: September 2024 Are you a dynamic and dedicated Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a local primary school? GSL Education are currently partnering with a small, supportive primary school based in Christchurch, in the pursuit of Key Stage 1 Teacher. Therefore, any teachers with prior experience with SEN are extremely desirable.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/master's degree Teaching Certification (QTS/QTLS/PGCE) In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies Previous experience in a primary SEN school is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans Responsibilities: Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and take risks Key Skills: Classroom management Differentiated instruction.
