Key Client Coordinator

Queenstown Flooxring Xtra – Queenstown, South Island
Key Responsibilities: Accurately price and quote projects, often off plans, as per supplied specifications.
Maintain a strong relationship with our local key builders/clients through meetings, emails and phone calls.
Conduct flooring/colour consultations with home buyers to confirm their floor plans and selections.
Order all products for client jobs and ensure all required products have arrived ready for scheduled installation.
Keep up to date with installation programs and confirm installation dates with our operations team.
Assist with residential clients on the shop floor as part of the Sales Team.
Additional Responsibilities: Work well independently, as well as part of our team to achieve common goals.
Manage and report on all jobs for key clients.
Adhere to the safety policies of Flooring Xtra and be responsible for all Health and Safety procedures being carried out.
Perform any other duties as required to ensure our common goal to be the best, most efficient and successful flooring company in the region.
