What you will do Key Account Manager - WWNZ will be responsible for bringing the customer perspective into internal planning, developing KENVUE growth plans, and executing strategies to maximize growth and profitability for both KENVUE and the Key Retail Partner in New Zealand.
Building long-term relationships with customers is essential.
You will be the main contact for customers to ensure accurate planning and execution of promotional calendars and will be closely collaborating with the Category, Field Team, Supply Chain, Marketing and finance teams.
* Supporting the day to day running of the Woolworth NZ and the Warehouse account and leading the promotional management cycle - costing, negotiation, execution and post promotional analysis of activities.
* E valuating ongoing sales performance and make recommendations and changes to improve sales and profitability * Playing a supporting role to the National Business Manager in category analysis, demand and Supply management, reporting of key metrics and maintenance of internal reporting/processes * Performing the day to day business planning, maintenance and execution of business plans as well as the delivery of the NTS goals within CIW% budgets.
* Leading the instigation of action, when required, to ensure the delivery of growth objectives and maximization of profit delivery Who You Are * 3 years of FMCG within a sales role preferably leading a large Grocery customer * Strong understanding of building strategic partnerships with customers across all levels * Strong financial and commercial acumen * Account management experience in FMCG, Retail, or connected commerce industry with excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders * Curious, proactive, innovative, independent worker has high initiative, excellent team player with strong commitment to drive business result.
