Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention through collaboration with internal teams.
You will identify and pursue business opportunities, building a sales pipeline and proactively review existing contracts and renew when appropriate.
You will build your knowledge on technology services and solutions, understanding client needs and align offerings to address their challenges.
The role in a nutshell:

To be successful, you will need:
Solid experience in key account management, preferably in an MSP, but ideally in the technology space. You are tech-savvy and understand how technology applies to business.
You have a track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals, and are able to conduct market research and identify opportunities to reach said goals.
You are a relationship-builder and are customer-focused, and can manage complex sales cycles.
You have fantastic communication skills, strong networking skills and can work with and relate to diverse clients and teams.

A negotiable salary starting from $90,000 to $120K+ and a strong commission structure, with the potential to add another $60K to your base salary.
