We bravely push the limits of built environments, seeking new ways to activate a more human approach to space.We are a team of adventurers who combine our talents for a greater impact every day.We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage relationships with architects and designers, and build on our strong reputation in the sector to win new business.About YouBased from our new Morningside offices, you will be in market making sure Novii is the first choice and trusted lighting partner for a wide range of commercial and hospitality development projects.You will take over an established portfolio of active clients and split your time between account management, networking and new business leads.You will know how to manage a productive, profitable pipeline of business and ensure excellent customer experience during project delivery.Knowledge of lighting will be an advantage, but we are more interested in your understanding of specification sales processes and a genuine ability to build excellent relationships with clients.In time, you can expect to be involved in bringing new products to market and leveraging your client relationships to gather market feedback on product development.What's on OfferWe offer a competitive six figure salary plus incentives, an epic working environment and a people first culture.
