Key Account Manager - Pharmacy and Health Reporting to the Head of Sales – NZ Specialist, you will manage the relationships with our key pharmacy and health customers (including Bargain Chemist, Green Cross Health, Health 2000 and Healthpost). This is a newly created position to help support Vitaco's growth in the industry. With the ability to build strong relationships, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the se account s to ensure all opportunities are identified and maximised. Responsibilities:Develop joint business plans with our key pharmacy and health customers, in consultation with the wider category, marketing and Head of Sales that delivers financial objectives and is in accordance with the overall channel strategyPresent new products, provide category insights, implement promotional plans, negotiate ranging, price management and review performanceNegotiating plans, managing trade spend and development of effective promotional plans to deliver budgetsImplement forecasting and develop strong promotional planningPartnering closely with the Specialist Team Leader and field sales team to ensure allkey customeractivities and opportunities are activated in-store with excellenceType of experience and formal education that will favour your application:A related tertiary qualification is preferred Minimum 2 years' Key Account Management experience in the Pharmacy or FMCG industry . P referably with experience in discount pharmacy (Bargain Chemist and/or Chemist Warehouse).Minimum 5 years sales experience in the Pharmacy or FMCG industry.Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strengths in presentation, negotiation and influencing.Strong prioritisation, time management, analytical skills, and attention to detailProficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point, experience with Circana SoftwareTrade marketing experienceEnergy, warmth, proactive team player and a commitment to empowering healthier lives!Why is this the next great opportunity for you?
