Our client is a leading electrical supplier known for our extensive range of high-quality electrical products and exceptional customer service. With a strong market presence and a commitment to innovation, we serve a diverse client base including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the electrical industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, hunting new business, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction
Present and demonstrate the benefits and features of our product range to prospective customers
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales experience or in a similar sales role, preferably in the electrical industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
