We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in a full-time, permanent role based in our Auckland office.
Role Overview:
As a Key Account Manager, you will directly and indirectly influence the service experience of our advisers, facilitating new business submissions and supporting their existing clients. This role is integral to our Insurance department, showcasing our proactive approach to pipeline management and delivering timely, relevant communication and solutions.
Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for top-tier advisers, addressing operational queries with precision.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisers, ensuring support aligns with their business needs.
Proactively manage and report on new business pipelines, ensuring key deliverables and service standards are upheld.
Master product knowledge and adviser support systems (CRM and Eapp) to provide seamless support.
Expedite urgent cases by collaborating with key contacts within the business.
Accurately record all customer interactions, managing enquiries professionally and responding within 24 hours.
Foster a high-performance culture within the team, enhancing operational excellence and collaboration.
Desired Skills and Experience What We're Looking For:
You have proven experience in relationship management at a key account level, with strong commercial acumen and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Your ability to build lasting relationships and your passion for delivering excellent service are key to your success.
You will bring:
2 to 4 years of experience in a customer-focused role.
Proven experience in key account relationship management.
Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
A solid understanding of the life insurance industry is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
